Who is handling the deliveries?

For coffee beans & coffee subscriptions:

We work with Shippit for all local deliveries within mainland Singapore and charge $3.50 for all deliveries made via Shippit.

Once we've shipped your order, you can track your package with the order tracking number we've provided in our email notification to you. Check your delivery status here: https://www.shippit.com.sg/track-your-package/

What are your delivery charges?

We charge a flat rate of $3.50 for every order with Shippit. As we really want our beans to be delivered to you in its freshest condition, we took it upon ourselves to bear any additional costs for the fastest service available!

For orders relating to coffee subscription, we do not charge a delivery fee. This is because we value the trust and commitment you have put into us for your daily brew! Coffee subscriptions are charged at a fixed rate depending on which plan you have opted for, including delivery as well.

Where can you deliver to?

As much as we would love to go to the far ends of the Earth just to bring you our coffee, we only accept orders for local deliveries within Singapore at the moment!

However, there might be some restricted addresses that our delivery partner could not support. To avoid inconvenience, please ensure that your delivery address does not require special clearance or permit to access the premises. If it does, please liaise with the allocated driver for an alternative or provide a different delivery address.

What is your roasting & shipping schedule like?

For coffee beans & coffee subscriptions:

We roast weekly from Mondays to Wednesdays, and process your orders every Tuesdays and Thursdays.
(Do note that orders will be shipped out the following day if a Public Holiday falls on Tuesday/ Thursday

All orders received between Thursday, 12AM and Monday, 11.59 PM will be shipped out on the following Tuesday.

All orders received between Tuesday, 12 AM and Wednesday, 11.59 PM will be shipped out on Thursday.

The coffee beans you receive will be within the frame of 3-7 days from the roast date. Rest assure that coffee beans will be in their potential usage period.

How would I know if my order is on the way?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details after your order has been made. This email is to notify you that we will be roasting your order according to our schedule.

Once we've fulfilled your order, you will receive another email with a tracking number. The designated driver from Shippit will also contact you via text message.

When can I expect to receive my delivery by?

For coffee beans & coffee subscriptions:

As we've opted for the fastest delivery option, the packages should be delivered within 2 to 4 business days during non-festive periods. For festive periods, it might take around 3 to 4 business days.

Do note that delivery times apply from the date of dispatch, not the date orders are received. As the estimated delivery timings are provided by our delivery partners, we are unable to guarantee against any potential shipping delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Why was my order marked delivered but it was not?

You may try checking with your neighbours if they have received it for you, or contact Teleport at https://www.teleport.asia/en/sg/contact-us. There may be a chance that the delivery personnel mark parcels as delivered before delivering them the next day.

We leave it in good hands of our delivery partner to fulfill the delivery. Nevertheless, should you have any issues tracking down your parcel, please contact us with your order number and a summary of the issue you are facing, and our team will assist in every way we can!

I don't need my order to be delivered. Can I arrange for my self-collection instead?

Most certainly! You may opt to pick up your beans from our physical store by choosing the “Self-Collection” option upon checkout.

Do note that only our Khong Guan Building flagship store will be supporting self-collection orders:

Self-collection is available once you've received the email notification for collection, from 10am to 5pm. Please include your preferred collection date and time in the 'Additional Notes' section upon checking out (if any). We will assist in our best efforts.

I just received a package, but it is not what I ordered. What do I do?

We are so sorry for the mix-up. Please contact us here with your order number and we'll get back to you soonest.
